2018 Cross Country Camp
2018 Naperville Central Cross Country Summer Camp
This is an excellent opportunity for athletes to prepare themselves for the upcoming cross country season. Athletes will receive base training for distance running as well as specific cardiovascular, core and strength training. The goal orientated training allows athletes to achieve measured growth over the course of the six week camp. Athletes will receive an initial evaluation and are assigned to a training group which fits their ability level to ensure they get the most out of their training. Athletes will also be educated on how to be a healthy runner through nutrition, general health, and strength discussions.

*This camp is strongly recommended for athletes wishing to compete on the girls' cross country team in the fall.
The 6-week camp will meet at Naperville Central Monday-Friday of the dates and times listed below.
- June 11-15, 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- June 18-22, 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- June 25-29, 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- NO CAMP during the week of July 2-6
- July 9-13, 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- July 16-20, 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- July 23-27, 7:00 am to 9:00 am
